Quick-Start
- Select "log on" from the top navigation, on the right. If you already have a login and password, log on here, or use the bottom half of the page to create a login. No mail confirmation required. You may skip this step, to have all entries registered under the 'anonymous user'.
- Select "browse" from the top navigation.
- Select the "sandbox" item from the list.
- Select "Edit" from the box on the right.
- Depending on your browser either the content of the 'sandbox' item is shown as HTML or in a wysiwyg HTML editor. Don't worry, any dangerous HTML will be removed. Enter some text, and use Ctrl-B, Ctrl-I (or the links under the edit-box if present) to try to add layout to yout text.
- Hit the "Apply" button at the bottom. You have edited a page on this website!
- Select "browse" from the top navigation.
- Select "www.yoy.be" from the list.
- Select "users" from the children list.
- Select the item from the children list with your name (or what you entered under 'name' when creating a login on this site).
- Select "Edit" from the box on the right. Write an introduction about who you are, your interests and hobbies. (Or anything really, though keep it decent.)
- Select "Apply" button at the bottom.
- Select "Add" from the box on the right.
- Enter "I know how to add pages to this site!" as name.
- If you want to, click 'select...' with 'Type' to change the object type for the new object.
- Select "Apply" button at the bottom. You have added a page to this website!
- Select "Add Token" from the box on the right.
- Click 'select...' with 'Type'.
- Select "My First Token" from the list. InternetExplorer: when using the TreeView OCX, an extra click is required to activate the control. Double clicking an item closes the popup window.
- Select "Apply" button at the bottom. You have added a token to an object on this website.
- Select "filter" from the top navigation.
- Select "Click here to create a filter".
- Select "tokentype".
- Select "My First Token" from the list.
- Select "Add".
- Select "filter..." on top of the page. You have created your first own filter. This displays all objects on the website that have a token of type "My First Token".
